19th December - DT Week

This week we have thrown ourselves into the design and technology curriculum. We have been taken our time to understand the architecture and design of bridges and have also enjoyed making them in class. It has been wonderful to see the children so engaged throughout this unit, and it may be fair to say that we might have a few architects in the future from year 5.

This week we also celebrated Christmas with our Christmas concerts in school. The whole of the class sang with such energy and enthusiasm and I couldn’t be prouder of them. I hope you all enjoyed the concert as much as we all enjoyed taken part.

I want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a healthy and merry New Year. Thank you so much for your support and help this term and I look forward to seeing you after Christmas.
